The Curriculum
Dare to be a Diva is a powerful series grounded in a journey of healing & self discovery that will empower women to create their own path towards joyous living. The program follows a strategic path that celebrates the following elements of becoming a DIVA: Desire Intention Vision & Action.
We offer a full year curriculum of 12 sessions that tackle topics on what's holding you back from living your most fulfilling, authentic life. The program will culminate with each participant completing a personal action plan.
DARE TO BE A DIVA 12 MONTH CURRICULUM:
1. LOVING YOURSELF - We spend our whole lives searching for someone to love us. However, past pain and heartbreak causes us to fall in the trap of believing we are unlovable. The truth is we must first learn to love ourselves to experience true intimacy. During this session, we will discuss the 7 steps to Loving Yourself and initiate a 30 day Loving Yourself Challenge.

2. FORGIVING YOURSELF - Forgiving yourself is an important act of moving forward and releasing yourself from the past. Once you forgive yourself, you will simultaneously unshackle your self limitations. In this session, we’ll discuss The Importance of Forgiveness, Self Acceptance and Learn the 5 easy steps to Forgiving Yourself.
3. TRAVELING LIGHT & LEAVING YOUR BAGGAGE BEHIND - Stop carrying the weight of your past around everywhere you go, strapped on your back like a backpack. In this session, we’ll talk about letting go of the need for other people’s acceptance, avoiding the habit of wearing your mistakes and how to eliminate the need to hold onto the past.
4. CREATING YOUR OWN SUNSHINE - In pursuit of a fulfilled life, we must understand that happiness is a decision. While it's not always easy, setting your intentions to possess a positive mental attitude will propel you faster into living your dreams. We will talk about how to create your own sunshine in the midst of a storm and how changing your self talk transforms your habits, behavior, attitude, and even reshape your life.
5. BEING A GROWN ASS WOMAN - Are there places in your life where you are showing up with paralyzing fear, smallness, questioning yourself, making excuses, hiding from your life? At a certain point, you must start taking accountability for your life and step into your power. During this session, we will challenge you to define your core values and stand firmly in your truth.
6. CULTIVATING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS - Healthy relationships are essential to a fulfilled authentic life. During this session, we will examine the relationships we have created with family, friends, lovers and acquaintances. We will also address tips on how to identify a healthy relationship, how to nurture the right relationship and giving yourself permission to walk away from toxic relationships.
7. CLEARING OUT MIND CLUTTER - With all the demands of life, it's easy to get overwhelmed with unresolved issues and obligations that clutter our thoughts. Staying focused and thinking with clarity helps us prioritize what's really important. We will discuss the causes of mind clutter and 5 tips for decluttering your mind & staying in the present.
8. RELEASING, RENEWING AND EMBRACING - With a clear mind, we are now ready to let go of what has been holding you back and release all that no longer serves your higher purpose. During this session, we will participate in a virtual Burning Bowl ceremony, a powerful exercise that releases old, unwanted conditions or events in our lives and clears the way for new beginnings.
9. CONTEMPLATING & ACHIEVING GREATNESS - Now that you released what you don't want, it's time to make room for what you really want in life. How specific are you in defining your greatest desires? And do you believe that you can achieve it? You must begin to give yourself permission to become the highest, most powerful expression of yourself. This session will include instructions on discovering and creating your major definite purpose as outlined by Napoleon Hill, author of “Think and Grow Rich”.
10. THE PHENOMENA OF ALLOWING - Practicing the art of allowing simply means adjusting your thoughts and feelings so they resemble how you will think and feel once you have your heart’s desires. We will discuss how to start shifting your thoughts and feelings into already having the things you want to attract in your life.
11. THE ART OF VISIONING - When you surround yourself with visual images of what success looks like to you, it becomes a reminder of your dreams and inspires action. We will discuss how to create your own personal vision board for the purpose of establishing life changes.
12. GOAL-MAPPING - Goals are dreams put into action. They require focused attention and a deliberate plan. In this session, we will cover how to create a Personal Action Plan. Your Action Plan will help you break down your big dream into actionable, approachable steps, along with a timeline and accountability partners.
